Amy was a great tour guide and definitely exceeded expectations. Her English was solid, she was very friendly, and she was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Thailand which includes the various temples and sites that we visited. Our trip started with a very late arrival in Bangkok due to our flight being delayed out of Tokyo, but Amy was on top of things and knew exactly when we'd be arriving and met us at the airport. She proceeded to get us a taxi back to our hotel and ensured that we were able to check in before leaving us for the day (at 3am in the morning I might add). Her kindness and professionalism upon meeting really set the tone for a great vacation. We would highly recommend Our Thai Guide to anyone traveling in Bangkok (or Thailand in general) and we plan to use them again as our tour guides when we return to Thailand in the near future.

Our trip to Bangkok was a total success thanks to Napha and you. We learned so much from Napha. She is very informative. We know all about the 9 Kings and all the history about them. The Temples were nothing short of amazing thanks to Napha's knowledge about all of them. Napha went above and beyond her duties. I have a problem with the heat. I live in the northern part of the USA where temperatures go down to 20 degrees below zero on the Fahrenheit scale all the time in the winter and average temperatures are around 70 F in the summer. Napha was able to recognized my problem and kept me cool with Ice Packs, umbrella, and air condition ice cream parlor and the car we had. She also reprimanded me when I unknowingly was a little disrespectful of the Thai culture which I admired of her for letting me know. She was nothing but sweet, caring, intelligent, informative, and cute.
Everywhere we went someone would recognize her. She seems to be well known in the guide service. We hit the jack pot when we found Our Thai Guide Service and Napha. I simply chose Napha because of the Hats she was wearing in her photos. Little did I know we would be getting more than we expected. We use guide service a lot when we travel but it was nothing like the personal service Napha did for us. She took a lot of photos and videos of us, she paid for boat rides and train tickets. You girls are the best. In conclusion, our trip to Bangkok could not have been better thanks to you, Napha and Our Thai Guide. WOW, I sound like a TV advertisement but it's true.
